Refund Policy

1. Cancellations Made by Guests

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Cancellations Made by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

4. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. Changes to Bookings

Date changes may be permitted subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
